I'll probably need that financial planner of which gae speaks. Today I'm leaning toward the 401k with matching.
My best friend and his wife are planning on an ocean view property in San Luis Obispo, CA, when he retires from the navy in about 10 years and I'm supposed to be their neighbors. So if I come across a can't-miss land deal, I'll need all the capital I can get my hands on.
